MSBB Tigers Win Opener

The Hargrave Tigers Middle School basketball team got their season off to a good start on Wednesday, December 7th, by defeating the Roanoke North Cross team by a score of 29-18. Although the Tigers looked a little ragged at times, they played hard and hustled well. Isaiah Guzman led the way with 16 points. Zack Packer, Slater Barefoot, and Gabriel Cabral added 7, 4, and 2 points respectively. Ryan Phillips did a nice job of rebounding, and Jimmy Freeland, Daniel Milbrath, and Tyler Aichinger gave much needed help off the bench.
